This pan set consists of 4 saucepans including lids of 20, 24 and 28 centimeters. The pans are granite coated. The lids are equipped with a steam valve; ideal for sustainable and energy-efficient cooking and to keep your meal warm for an extra long time. In addition, all pans are produced in an environmentally friendly way. The pans are suitable for all heat sources, including induction, and are dishwasher safe.
 Dishwashing detergents often contain aggressive elements that (can) damage the granite coating. For this reason, we advise you to consult the packaging of your dishwasher detergent before use in the dishwasher. This way you can be sure that the product is suitable for granite/marble coating and you prevent damage. However, the pans will last longest if you wash them by hand (with a soft sponge). This way you prevent scratches and paint damage.
 Points of attention for the use of Granite pans:
 · Always ensure that the pan is provided with (a layer of) water or oil. Leaving an empty pan on a roasting stove can damage the coating.
 · Granite pan heats up quickly. Therefore, when preparing your meal, pay attention to the quantity to be prepared and the temperature of your stove. To prevent burning, it is recommended to cook/roast at an average temperature.
 · To prevent scratches and paint damage on the inside of the pan, it is recommended to use a plastic or wooden spoon.
 · It is recommended to wash and dry granite/marble coated pans immediately after use. This way you prevent the paint from coming loose due to moisture formation.
 · Wash the pan with a soft sponge (instead of a hard scourer).
